"We had the best time!"
Zehra took part this year with her family to fundraise for Juvenile Arthritis Research.
The Big Mile is a free, family-friendly mass participation event that takes place on the same finishing stretch as the Big Half by the iconic Cutty Sark in Greenwich. It's coordinated by the same experts behind the London Marathon.
In 2027, Juvenile Arthritis Research plans to be there. And we'd love for you to be there, too. Join the event for a fun run (or walk, dance or skip - and pushchairs/prams are welcome). Bring a picnic rug and find the Juvenile Arthritis Research team afterwards to connect and celebrate. It'll be full of fun, and great way to meet other families affected by Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Step 1 - Register with The Big Mile. Registration is free, but you must register to be able to attend. The event is being coordinated by the London Marathon Events team, and once spaces are gone, they're gone - so we encourage you to book now so you don't miss out!
Step 2 - Create a fundraising page with Enthuse. When you register for the Big Mile, you will be invited to create a fundraising page. Please select Juvenile Arthritis Research. You can then fundraise to support our vital work as you plan for the big day. We'll be notified by Enthuse once you have created the page and will be in touch nearer the time.
Step 3 - Keep an eye on your emails! We'll be in touch ahead of The Big Mile with more news and information.
