Supporting children and young people with juvenile arthritis at school

School toolkits can be requested by schools, pre-schools, colleges and universities in the UK.

Having juvenile arthritis can be difficult for many children and young people.

You can make life better for them at school. Complete the form below to request your free toolkit, which is full of resources and information about Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA). These packs are suitable for use in pre-schools and nurseries, primary and secondary schools, and further and higher educational settings.

You can request a free Schools Toolkit whether you currently have a child or young person with JIA in your setting or not. As well as information about the condition, each toolkit contains awareness-raising resources. Raising awareness of JIA is the first step in reaching a diagnosis and starting treatment, as well as an important step in increasing understanding and support for people with JIA.

Together we can make a difference to the lives of children with arthritis.

“Wow - it's fantastic, the student presentation is particularly impressive with how it translates all the key information in a child friendly manner.”
