Support for parents of children with anxiety online workshop

Anxiety can be difficult to manage. This workshop discusses what anxiety is and gives you strategies to help your child. This workshop is being run by Contact a Family. Book your place and find out more about this workshop via Eventbrite.
YourRheum virtual meeting for 11-24 year olds
Thursday 22 September 7pm-8.30pm
For young people aged between 11 and 24, YourRheum sessions are a chance to use your experiences to improve rheumatology research. Email Laura at your.rheum@manchester.ac.uk to reserve your space. Just for You - Peace
Saturday 8 October choose from 9.45am-noon, or 1.45pm-4pm.
These sessions are run by Care For The Family, and are aimed at parents of children with additional needs. This event is designed to give you hope and help you gain peace of mind, courage and confidence. There will be time to listen, share your story and reflect with others who ‘get it’.
