Easter Craft Event

Thank you to the children and families who joined us for our recent Easter craft event in Kent. 

We benefitted from the expertise of local florist The Flower Cellar in making some fabulous Easter Trees. There was lots of fun involved with using plaster of paris to secure our colourful branches into flower pots followed by lots of decorating paper eggs and accessories to hang on our trees and of course we added some chocolate too! 

With many thanks to our volunteer Katherine who organised the event as well as to the Asda Foundation who provided a grant towards the materials needed for this activity as well as funding for another couple of events over the coming months - Watch this space!

We recently met with Christine from our local ASDA store who came in to hear more about what we do and present us with the cheque from the ASDA foundation and we can't wait to meet up with more local families in Kent.
